Visaya Capital is a digital finance information platform offering live crypto market data, editorial commentary, selected news, structured learning materials, and access to an affiliate programme. Visaya Capital is not a broker, does not hold crypto assets, and does not execute trades for users. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any digital asset.
Digital assets are highly volatile and may result in a partial or complete loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes, and no data feed or analytical model can remove market risk. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and for determining whether information from Visaya Capital suits your objectives, risk tolerance, and jurisdiction. Some features require an account containing accurate, current information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for every activity conducted through your account. Availability of certain features, particularly connections to regulated third-party brokerages, may depend on jurisdiction; these third-party functions are unavailable to United States residents and U.S. citizens. Where a restriction applies, the platform will identify it during onboarding.
You agree not to use the platform to (a) engage in unlawful, deceptive, or abusive conduct, (b) attempt to bypass security measures, (c) scrape, resell, or misrepresent Visaya Capital content, (d) impersonate Visaya Capital or any member of its team, or (e) publish material — including affiliate programme content — that fabricates performance claims, removes required risk disclosures, or breaches advertising rules applicable in your jurisdiction.
All site materials, including text, design, branding, code, dashboards, and analysis, are owned by Visaya Capital or its licensors and are protected by applicable rights. Registered users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal or, where permitted, professional research. Affiliate programme participants receive an additional licence to reuse designated content assets in line with the programme agreement.
The platform is supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Visaya Capital disclaims all warranties and is not liable for losses arising from crypto-market volatility, actions you take based on informational content, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version, together with its last-update date, will remain available on this page. For material changes, we may notify registered users through the platform or by email. Continuing to use the platform after an amendment takes effect indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
